At Fedeli, we want you to be completely satisfied with your luxury purchase. If your items are not a perfect fit, you may return or exchange them within 30 days of delivery provided they are in their original, unworn condition with all tags attached.

Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.
Package Your Items
Carefully place the items in their original packaging, ensuring all designer labels and security tags remain intact to qualify for a refund.
Attach the Shipping Label
Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and securely affix it to the outside of your return parcel.
Drop Off and Track
Hand your package to the designated courier service and keep your tracking receipt; your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days of arrival at our atelier.
